COVID 19 UPDATE: COMMON AREA OPENINGS

Effective Saturday, May 23, 2020 we are pleased to anounce that all amenities at Terra Mar Village will reopen under the following CDC guidelines.  Residents must accompany guests and all people are advised of the following:

• Refrain from using the common areas and amenities if you are exhibiting symptoms of illness
• Follow CDC’s guidance on personal hygiene prior to and during use of the facilities.
• Please continue to follow CDC guidance on the recommended size of social gatherings.
• Observe CDC’s minimum recommended social distancing of 6 feet from other individuals at all times.
