As of April 1, 2020, no GUESTS MAY USE  the common areas.  For now, the common areas will REMAIN OPEN to properly registered Residents of Terra Mar Village. Please make sure you display your Terra Mar Village window sticker.  Vehicles without window stickers may be towed without notice.

To our valued Residents and Friends:

With the COVID-19 pandemic causing concern and change around the world, I wanted to reach out and express my sincere sympathy for anyone who has been affected, directly or indirectly, by this unprecedented world event.

I also want to assure you that Terra Mar Village is taking the situation seriously as we work to continue our business operations while keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers, prospects and contractors.
Here are some things we are doing:

• Our office is strictly adhering to all guidelines issued by the CDC and the WHO.
• We are working with our office and contractors to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment, while making special accommodations, for high-risk people and others with specific concerns.  Therefore meetings with clients, vendors, suppliers and other partners are being handled remotely whenever possible, with strict adherence to social distancing practices.
• We have adopted a zero-tolerance policy related to illness. If a customer or Terra Mar office person feels ill, they must stay home. If they have a fever or persistent symptoms, please seek medical advice before returning to the office.
• Larger social events, like our Saint Patrick's Day community meal, planned by Karleen Wood and other amazing Resident volunteers, have been cancelled.
• However, at this time, the common areas, dock, boat ramp, pools, gaming courts and clubhouse will remain open for day to day enjoyment.

Following the President of the United States declaration of a national emergency, we must come together as families and communities and do what we can to support each other.

As a small gift to Terra Mar Village Residents, I would like to give away all of the freshly purchased Corned Beef Flat Brisket's on a first come first serve basis.  Please contact Karleen Woods to make arrangements as for your family.
